A Self-Help Guide For Natural Remedies

Bone Spurs In Heel Natural Treatment Remedy

A bone spur is a pointed growth on the bone, most commonly located in the heel.  A bone spur may be caused by calcium deposits in unwanted areas of the body.   Most people who have heel disorders are middle-aged or overweight.  Heel spurs are common in people who have arthritis, neuritis, alkalosis, and tendonitis.

X-rays may reveal a bony spur within the heel.  The presence of a bony spur may lead to the formation of tiny tumors at the end of several nerves, and these may be very painful.  It is best not to remove a heel spur surgically unless it is extremely irritating.
