Halitosis (Bad Breath) Cure

Halitosis is typically caused by poor dental hygiene. However, other factors can include gum or tooth decay, nose or throat infection, improper diet, constipation, excessive smoking, foreign bacteria in the mouth, liver malfunction, indigestion, and inadequate protein digestion.

Bad breath may be a sign of poor health, have a through checkup if the following suggestions do not remedy the condition.

Very Important
Chlorophyll (alfalfa liquid or wheatgrass or barley juice) 1 tbsp. in juice twice daily. Green drinks are one of the best ways to combat bad breath. Chlorophyll can also be used as a mouth rinse- 1 tbsp. to 1/2 glass of water.
Fiber (Aerobic Bulk Cleanse (ABC) from Aerobic Life Products or oat bran or rice bran) 1 tbsp. in juice on an empty stomach twice daily. Note: Do not take fiber at the same time that you take vitamins or medications, because the fiber may absorb them.
Vitamin C 2,000-6,000 mg daily Important in healing mouth and gum disease and in preventing bleeding gums. Also a good detoxifier; rids the body of excess mucus and toxins that can cause bad breath.
Important
Acidophilus Use as directed on label Needed to replenish "friendly" bacteria in the colon. Insufficient "friendly" bacteria and an overabundance of harmful bacteria can cause bad breath.
Alfalfa tablets or liquid 6 tablets daily or 1 tbsp. liquid in juice or water 3 times daily. Chlorophyll cleanses the bloodstream and colon, where bad breath often begins.
Garlic capsules (Kyolic) 2 capsules with meals and at bedtime. Odorless garlic that acts as a natural antibiotic, destroying foreign bacteria in both the mouth and colon.
