There is a difference between fitness supplements and vitamins. Fitness supplements are usually in the form of powder mixers that one can use in a smoothie or some pre and post workout mix. One could also add additional powders and or fruit etc. in the mix as well.

Beyond filling in gaps, other studies have demonstrated that supplemental vitamins and minerals can be advantageous. However, the exact benefits are still unclear as researchers continue to unravel the potential health benefits of vitamins and supplements.
